I'm not entirely sure what I'm gonna do.
the plan had been to get back in school asap, and I've done nothing so far to really get that started.
I feel like somewhere in this I settled, and I dunno when, or exactly what I settled on... or what I gave up on.

I had a great time, as usual.
while I didn't get to eat quite everything I wanted to (turns out the nearest friday's is in corpus, and due to my niece getting out late from school because of choir practice, we didn't have enough time to make the trip to & from in one afternoon), but I still ate quite a bit of things I'm fond of.
I got to spend a lot of time with my youngest older sister (that makes sense to you too, right?) which was nice because I didn't get to see too much of her last trip. she has a really loud laugh, and laughs pretty often, and apparently finds me super funny... and ended up spitting soda all over me after making a funny comment while she was drinking soda. while we were at kumori. and she kept urging me to hit on the waiter, which was pretty funny in itself.
so yes, I had a pretty good time. I'm glad to be home, though.
I was surprised at being sad to leave. that same sister offered me a job, which would pay more than I was making back at erf, and a ton more than I was making at telenetwork. plus, the cost of living down there is super low. I can get a 3 bedroom house in town for the price of the 1 bedroom apt budd & I share now. the job isn't tech support, but it's still not in a field I'm interested in.
guess we'll see what I decide when my lease here is up. and where lus ends up going to law school.
completely unrelated - I have a much better time with pandora when I put in 'george jones' than 'garth brooks' and I don't really understand why.
