old and busted
 

man, I am ~still~ recovering.
can walk and all now but still don't have full range of motion and def still some pain in my lower back if I angle just right.
ugh.

in other news, I hit 180 lbs today.
officially down 40 lbs, wahoo! only 30 more to go! =/
