couple big exercise changes today
1) had been debating switching out my back exercises for yoga as my back has been a lot better since adding in the mcgill big 3. left those in the rotation but did yoga this morning and it was a nice change
2) finally did a strength workout without a brace and my thumb still feels fine! today would’ve been the follow up appt with the hand specialist but since I canceled it wanted to see how working with dumbbells would go. sooo much easier than having to put the brace on/off depending on the exercise, stoked!
