Oh man I love luby's! I can NOT wait to go! I'm supposed to meet him @ ~ 1630 but I'm seriously thinking about getting there at like... 1600 just to be sure we leave with plenty of time to get there and eat. You see... the one here in Lubbock closed, so for like a year the closest luby's was in Amarillo. Now that one's closed too so it'll be a 3 hour drive to Abilene.
It'll sooooooo be worth it, though.
