budd's apt complex is horrible; I applied over a month ago, have been calling twice a week, and today is the first day they've mentioned my app wasn't complete (for the last two weeks they've said all they're waiting on is the appt mgr's approval).
I swear... if he wasn't already there I'd just ask for my money back.
