we called back the answering service, since it'd been over 45 minutes since we first called and we still hadn't heard from maintenance.
apparently they do not respond to leaks after hours.

leaks are the only reason to have an emergency number, imo.
the entire bedroom is covered in various leaks, with the two most prominent coming from the fan and about a foot away from the fan. however the entire bed is wet and a good portion of the floor because of a load of smaller leaks.
if it's raining tonight, I'm not sure what we'll do.
