Well here's what I get for reading other people's blogs. I'm soooo hoping fleshlights are some sort of sick joke. What kills me the most is that I didn't get that off some random site. Nope. I know the guy. *sigh*

Well I've been reading random blogs tonight and happened upon this. Interesting really. Makes me want a better blog.

If you wanna read the whole article go ahead, but what happened is the little d00d lives in a diner and got sick so some customers made a sling so that he could swim.

Well I'm sitting here waiting on my relief. I'm kind of torn btwn wanting to go home and sleep some more, wanting to go home and play Primal, and wanting to go eat at ihop. *sigh*
Oh I slept yesterday! YAY!!! Yeah... I slept for about 5 hours straight. It was amazing. I woke up refreshed and ready to take on the world.
Lucky's MIA right now. Godwilling David'll get him back soon. He's being quarantined at the pound right now. Not a good place to be. Hopefully he can get set up at a vet or something. He's a cute little dog. When I first saw him I thought he was really ugly and fat and all. He's grown on me, though.
David went and bought another version of linux last night. He's not tapped out yet, which I find surprising. Truth be told... as he likes to put it... he's got his "windows training wheels." lol. He's hopeless.

Well here's what I spent my night doing.
Pics of Lucky and me

We're going out to ihop for brkfst. Can't hardly wait.

Wow. Tonight I find my self in Roswell, NM awaiting an interview. I'm not thinking about the aliens that are undoubtedly outside of my window watching me type this, fogging the glass pane with their alien breath as they see through me with their disproportionate alien eyes while they leave for me their suction cup finger prints, I'm thinking about ironing and shaving my thin goatee. I'm thinking about getting braces and that I spent too much on the KFC dinner I bought earlier today. I'm thinking about nothing. I type and I don't think; and that, my friends, is dangerous. Maybe someday someone will pay me to think and type, but until that day, I'll be forced to type and type and type until I have nothing left to say. And that is all I have to say.

Well I've gone and gotten some carne guisada stuck in my teeth. Sure wish I had my floss with me. *sigh*
My friend Jonathan went and posted on about my Primal dilemma. I am now the proud owner of a Primal walkthrough. Now I know where all the stones and tarot cards are. Yay!

Oh I'm soooo sooo sooooooo tired. *sigh*
I was really tired Thursday night so I went to bed @ ~ 2300. So I slept all night and woke up Friday morning @ ~ 0700. *sigh* I tried to go back to sleep 'cause I had to come to work and all.... but I just couldn't. So I got up and started playing Primal. I played 'till about noon, when I went out for lunch. Got home and played some more Primal. *sigh* Then went out with David Fraga to look for my wallet (which was missing for 4 days but is now found) and make some copies. Then I went back home and tried to sleep for 2 hours. I failed. I got up and went to Wal-Mart (where I bought that little shelf thing) and then over to My David's to chill with Lucky. We watched tv and such. Still no sleep. At about 2200 I started dosing. Then David got home... and then I had to come to work. Oh how I wish I was just in bed.

Well I just bought the awesomest thing! It's a little shelf that hangs off an existing shelf. It may not sound all that great, but I promise it's crazy awesome.
I've been playing loads of Primal. Can't manage to bring myself to play Bloodrayne. It's way scary.

Nemesis is released on May 20. Can't decide whether or not to pre-order it on amazon.
I've been eating easter candy all night. *sigh* It's been great but I think I've had one too many dark chocolate covered marshmallow eggs. *cringing* Didn't like the first 5 I had. Didn't like the last 5 I had.
Speaking of 5, I may be allergic to kiwi. After about 5 of them my tongue starts to tingle. Dunno if it's just me or if it happens to everyone.
My absolute favorite thing to eat has got to steamed cabbage. With steamed carrots. Mmmmmmmmmmmm....

Well I'm not too much for forwards, so if you're not either then don't bother reading this. Just thought it was nice.

Daddy's Day at School

Her hair was up in a ponytail
Her favorite dress tied with a bow.
Today was Daddy's Day at school,
And she couldn't wait to go.

But her mommy tried to tell her,
That she probably should stay home.
Why the kids might not understand,
If she went to school alone.

But she was not afraid;
She knew just what to say.
What to tell her classmates
Of why he wasn't there today.

But still her mother worried,
For her to face this day alone.
And that was why once again,
She tried to keep her daughter home.

But the little girl went to school,
Eager to tell them all.
About a dad she never sees
A dad who never calls.

There were daddies along the wall in back,
For everyone to meet.
Children squirming impatiently,
Anxious in their seats.

One by one the teacher called,
A student from the class.
To introduce their daddy,
As seconds slowly passed.

At last the teacher called her name,
Every child turned to stare.
Each of them was searching,
For a man who wasn't there.

"Where's her daddy at?"
She heard a boy call out.
"She probably doesn't have one,"
Another student dared to shout.

And from somewhere near the back,
She heard a daddy say,
"Looks like another deadbeat dad,
Too busy to waste his day."

The words did not offend her,
As she smiled up at her Mom.
And looked back at her teacher,
Who told her to go on.

And with hands behind her back,
Slowly she began to speak.
And out from the mouth of a child,
Came words incredibly unique.

"My Daddy couldn't be here,
Because he lives so far away.
But I know he wishes he could be,
Since this is such a special day.

And though you cannot meet him,
I wanted you to know.
All about my daddy,
And how much he loves me so.

He loved to tell me stories
He taught me to ride my bike.
He surprised me with pink roses,
And taught me to fly a kite.

We used to share fudge sundaes,
And ice cream in a cone.
And though you cannot see him,
I'm not standing here alone.

Cause my daddy's always with me,
Even though we are apart
I know because he told me,
He'll forever be in my heart"

With that, her little hand reached up,
And lay across her chest.
Feeling her own heartbeat,
Beneath her favorite dress.

And from somewhere in the crowd of dads,
Her mother stood in tears.
Proudly watching her daughter,
Who was wise beyond her years.

For she stood up for the love
Of a man not in her life.
Doing what was best for her,
Doing what was right.

And when she dropped her hand back down,
Staring straight into the crowd.
She finished with a voice so soft,
But its message clear and loud.

"I love my daddy very much,
He's my shining star.
And if he could, he'd be here,
But heaven's just too far.

You see he was a fireman
And died just this past year
When airplanes hit the towers
And taught Americans to fear.

But sometimes when I close my eyes,
It's like he never went away."
And then she closed her eyes,
And saw him there that day.

And to her mother's amazement,
She witnessed with surprise.
A room full of daddies and children,
All starting to close their eyes.

Who knows what they saw before them,
Who knows what they felt inside.
Perhaps for merely a second,
They saw him at her side.

"I know you're with me Daddy,"
To the silence she called out.
And what happened next made believers,
Of those once filled with doubt.

Not one in that room could explain it,
For each of their eyes had been closed.
But there on the desk beside her,
Was a fragrant long-stemmed pink rose.

And a child was blessed, if only for a moment,
By the love of her shining bright star.
And given the gift of believing,
That heaven is never too far . . . . . . . . . .

They say it takes a minute to find a special person,
an hour to appreciate them, a day to love them, but
then an entire life to forget them. Send this phrase
to the people you'll never forget and remember to send
it also, to the person that sent it to you. It's a
short message to let "THEM" know that you'll never
forget them. If you don't send it to anyone, it means
you're in a hurry and that you've forgotten your
Take the live and love.
Until eternity. God bless.

Oh my gosh I haven't mentioned anything about the april fool's prank!
David's supposed to be sending me the pics we took, so it'll be great ya'll.
I promise there was a pile of bricks in his living room.
It was perfect. I planted Chucky under his couch, with a toy knife in Chucky's hand that stuck out a ways. Then we were watching tv - me laying on the couch and he sitting on the floor in front of the couch. Lucky, that crazy cute little dog, started pawing at the couch. It was like a scene from a movie - David kinda looked under there and then looked again and jumped a good 10 feet!
Oh it was the awesomest.
Way better than Valentine's.

Oh wow I want this knife.

That's Shinzon's knife. Or it looks a lot like it at least. I think it'd be nice to have; it'd balance out my collection...

I saw a crazy awesome star trek episode this evening. It's the one where they find Scotty and he gets drunk and all that. It was great.

Well what can I say about tonight? I got cancelled here at work only to get signed up on a different floor for the evening. I guess I can't really complain seeing as how I do need the money and all but I had kinda warmed up to idea of playing tekken all night. *blushing*
Speaking of tekken, my sister and I were playing this morning... erm... Sunday morning... yeah... she's taken to calling that d00d in the thong butt face. It's hilarious guys. She's 40-something and hollaring at a video game. *giggling*
Oh the funniest thing happened earlier. David called my cell phone, and since my calls are fowarded to the hospital one of the nurses, Phil, answered. Yeah... he was like "Ok," and then hung up. He's like... "Some dude just called and said he had the wrong number." I dunno... I'm kind of in the habit of asking for the person I'm calling for no matter who answers or what they say. lol. I think that may be left over from high school or something, I dunno. *shrug*
Yep. Had a smothered burrito from Josie's for lunch. mmmm....

Well my goodness! You're not going to believe this. Um... Thursday night... yeah, Thursday night... David was playing wrestlemania *rolling eyes* and he um... body slammed me and slapped me and did all sorts of horrible things. Now remember how I'm always saying I'm fragile? Well now I can prove it.
I had a nosebleed that night that lasted for over AN HOUR AND A HALF!!!
I held pressure. I ate some ice. I put gauze up under my upper lip. I put ice on my nose. I bled. and bled. and bled. and bled some more. *sigh*
Finally we called down to ER and had them tube me a couple of nasal tampons. Now I'm not joking about what they're called. My sister called down asking for nasal kotexes so I'm serious here.
But yeah... I'm fragile.
